Gamified Challenge

Problem: A business leadership conference needed a fun, interactive way to boost attendee engagement and naturally guide traffic to sponsor booths, the on-site bookstore, and social media channels.

Solution: Created a gamified challenge centered around custom water bottles and a collectible sticker system. Attendees earned unique decals for completing specific interactions across the venue, with a fully completed bottle entering them into a drawing for a ticket to next year's event.

Outcome: The activation became a major highlight on post-event surveys, giving attendees a fun piece of custom swag while driving record-breaking foot traffic straight to conference sponsors.
